Maria Roszyk (b. 1993, Poznań, PL) is a media artist, writer and researcher. She creates poetic interventions at the intersections of digital and analog; the virtual and the tangible involving Virtual and Augmented Reality installations and applications, web-based projects, textile art, and photogrammetry. Her works were exhibited at Usagi Gallery (NYC), Gallery SKALA: (Poznań), intershop interdisciplinarie (Leipzig), Prime Produce (NYC), CLB Gallery (Berlin). Her AR installation One Minute Stories was awarded the Prize of Excellence at the Art Innovation Symposium in Kyoto (2019). She received a BA in printmaking from the University of Art in Poznań and MFA in art history from the University of Adam Mickiewicz in 2017. School for Poetic Computation alumni (NYC, 2018) and Adam Mickiewicz Institute grantee.
